David Henry Wilson
David Henry Wilson (b. 1937) is a playwright, novelist and children's author - his best-known children's books being the Jeremy James series, beginning with "Elephants Don't Sit on Cars". He has been translating books from French and German for over 50 years. These range from academic (Wolfgang Iser, Jan & Aleida Assmann), travel (Peter Sager), and art (Werner Hofmann) to children's books by such well-known authors as Kirsten Boie, Marcus Pfister and Hans de Beer.
